Well to get the full effect, we started with our trusty Khalil Mamoon Monarch hookah with a Vapor Premium Egyptian Style Clay bowl (the Large size) to top it off. We packed the shisha as recommended by haze, over packed and applied lots of heat. For the heat source this time we used 3 Echocha Coconut Flat Charcoals. Once we got this hookah set up and roaring we realized just how complex and intriguing this flavor is.

To begin with, the smell of anise is definitely present and possibly dominant. Once we started passing the hose around, the citrus and berry flavors begin to come out along with a sour taste, possibly green apple. It’s like Haze took the traditional double apple and made it their own in the true Haze fashion. Imagine that all familiar smell of walking into a lounge and getting hit with that strong double apple smell from all the traditional smokers mixed with the newer generations mixed fruits flavors. One or the other might not be your choice of flavors but together it just works!
