SouthSmoke.com is growing and we need more room for your favorite hookah products! This is exciting news! SouthSmoke is in the midst of a huge facility upgrade. A bigger facility equals more in-stock items, more hookah product options, and more brands to satisfy all of your shisha needs. More efficient order processing and fulfillment for you to more easily buy hookah online as well as wholesale hookah improvements. Changes to your favorite hookah shop to make it even greater. The one downside, we need some time to make these changes. We ask for your patience and understanding while we move to better serve you.

Temporary Closure for Hookah Shop Upgrades

To complete these hookah facility upgrades, we will be TEMPORARILY CLOSED from Saturday, February 20th, 2021 until Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021. During this time, we will not be processing orders. You may still make orders online, but they will not be processed and shipped until we fire the systems back up on Wednesday, March 3^rd. We know this sucks, but preparation is the key to success. Plan ahead! Need to stock up beforehand? Place your order before 5PM EST on Friday, February 19th, 2021 to guarantee it gets shipped out before we close. Any orders placed after this deadline will not be processed until after we reopen.

Also, during these upgrades, it’s all hands on deck. Our customer support team will be in full moving mode and will not be available to answer your hookah questions. Our phone lines will be temporarily closed from Saturday, February 20th, 2021 until Wednesday, March 3rd, 2021. Email inquiry responses will also be delayed until we reopen as we will not have regular monitoring available during this time of inbound email communication. Please do not contact customer support during this temporary closure as you will not receive a response. Instead, contact us prior to our temporary closing or wait until we reopen for assistance.

When we reopen on Wednesday – March 3rd, 2021, our hookah shop will be back to 100% operations and begin processing all orders and customer service inquiries you may have. Wholesale hookah will once again be in full swing as well. We will provide the same quality service you have come to expect from our company but, please do keep in mind that there will be extra heavy order volume around this time which may cause processing times to be longer. Not to worry, our team is quick to catch up and your orders will go out in a timely manner.
